‘Uitgezocht’

client: NOS jeugdjournaal

I created the visual style of a newly launched Youtube explainer format called ‘Uitgezocht’, part of NOS jeugdjournaal: news for children aged 8-12 years old.

The visual style had to fit within the existing identity of NOS Jeugdjournaal but also needed to have it’s own identity. Using simple geometric forms animated in a light, bouncy way, I developed a look that is playful for children but adaptable to more serious topics.

I also designed the animated bumper that introduces each explainer and briefly presents the topic, ensuring a cohesive and engaging visual identity across episodes.
